1. Insurance Fee:

   - The insurance costs $1.50 and must be added at checkout.

   - You can return any sealed non-custom products if you don’t like them within 30 days of receiving the product. No Question asked.

3. Return Request:

   - If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 30 days after delivery at support@epomaker.com. Please provide your order number when contacting our professional customer service team.

4. Condition of Products:

   - To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

   - Custom products, accessories, or kits are not covered under the 30-day return policy.

5. Free Shipping Label:

   - Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a free shipping label for the return.

6. Processing Time:

   - Processing times for returns and refunds may vary; we will handle your request as quickly as possible.

7. Refund Process:

   - Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
